Same Day – Next Day – Same Day for Next Day ServiceFor Whole Vehicle - Express - Dedicated - Direct Deliveries We are not a small parcel overnight economy delivery service. Principally we are a Long Distance UK & European Express Service, useful for getting your goods or oversized objects to a destination in the quickest possible time at a competitive rate. Amongst our main clients are businesses that need goods collected or delivered ASAP in order to keep their service lines or the service lines of their customers operational in order to maintain their supply ability, retain goodwill and protect their reputations and contracts! Also, amongst our main clients are individuals, families or groups that desire expedited delivery of recent purchases or personal goods such as clothing, sporting equipment, jewellery, select items of furniture, antiques, objects d’art, personal documentation, medication or medical service items and other objects requiring safe & secure handling and a personal and discreet service. Once we have confirmed service, when necessary we can generally despatch a suitable vehicle on its way to you or to your supplier within a few minutes & dependent on the loading location in relation to our available vehicle(s), we will be with you in the shortest time possible! Upon arrival we will contact the relevant department and/or persons and dependent upon their schedule, input and co-operation we will quickly Load & Go! As soon as the goods are onboard and the required documentation is in our possession we will immediately depart for the delivery destination. Our goal at this point will be to deliver the goods safely and securely in either the shortest timeframe possible, or to deliver at the time you have arranged for the goods to arrive at the nominated destination address. Dependent upon the operational hours at the collection & delivery locations and subject to our client’s instructions we will deliver the Same Day, Next Day or if deep into Europe, within the quickest time possible as distance and mitigating factors dictate and as agreed to and acceptable to the client! As soon as delivery is completed we will provide an email, text or telephone confirmation. |
Economy ServiceFor Less Urgent Deliveries For those requiring a less urgent option for long distance and/or out of spec items we are able to offer an Economy Service. Our same high standards are adhered to of course but this service requires a high degree of flexibility from both the consigner & consignee. Final arrangements once made are fixed and customers cannot alter or re-arrange the details. Once arrangements are finalised it may take several days between collection and delivery. Although this service has fixed terms attached it is an option that you may wish to consider for long distance transportation of non urgent and/or low value, larger or out of spec items at a low price!
Urgent RequirementFor Short Distance or Localised Deliveries We offer an immediate & urgent short distance or localised service. | For Clients who have a need to ship one or two pallets or several cartons, items, goods objects or personal belongings to Europe, in a safer or speedier manner than standard consignment delivery offers but cannot justify the higher cost involved in utilising a whole vehicle dedicated express service, we are often able to offer an alternative option. We do run occasional part load express vehicle consignment loads in and out of all European Areas. Although this service is available and offers considerable savings over a dedicated vehicle service it does require a degree of flexibility from both the consigner and consignee and is not a guaranteed sameday, nextday or sameday/nextday for nextday service! |
YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR BUSINESS
Our principal service is a dedicated delivery, meaning your goods are loaded into our vehicle and taken directly to the customer, not passed from van to van, depot to depot or company to company. Charges are applied one way only, postcode to postcode, at a fixed rate for the delivery.
