Our mission is to provide an available and achievable solution to our customers’ courier and light haulage collection or delivery needs, above all to provide a cost effective, fast, secure, reliable and courteous service!
Although our single office is in the Sittingbourne, Sheerness area, the whole of KENT and the surrounding counties is our Home Base Area. As a Nationwide UK & European Service, we do of course collect from and deliver to any address in the European Community and other Western & Eastern European Countries & Islands. By arrangement we are also available for AIR COURIER SERVICE collections and deliveries to/from any Worldwide Destination.
Our charges are extremely competitive and reasonable. With our service, less apparent costs are worked into our quote in order to cover expenses, wages and our businesses financial growth. We don’t play ‘Catch Up,’ by cutting corners, running additional unscheduled jobs in between or alongside another or charging for ‘Unforeseen Extras’. Our billing is ‘Totally Transparent’, what you ask for (and more often than not a ‘little more than that’) is what we quote you for and is all you pay for! Furthermore, in anyway it is possible for us to, we can adapt our service to accommodate your needs!
Although our cost calculations are comparable with others offering a similar service to our own, the difference in the standard of services our suppliers provide us is substantial. We almost always use P&O Cross Channel Ferries as although their freight rates are higher than other operators charge, P&O run a larger fleet and operate more daily crossings than their competitors, resulting in less transport down time at the ports. The additional cost of using P&O is borne by ourselves and not passed on to our customers. Additionally, if it is necessary to use road, tunnel or bridge toll services, which we quote for at cost, then those high speed routes are utilised, in short, we avoid all unnecessary charging services whenever possible but when services are charged for they are utilised to our customers best advantage, we therefore are truly providing an EXPRESS TRANSPORT SERVICE at the best possible rates!
About the Haulage Exchange:
We are Accredited & Active Members of The Haulage Exchange, a Strictly Members Only Organisation. The Exchange only allows membership & access to those who adhere to strict criteria and Members are expected to provide a professional service at all times.
The Exchange Accreditation Scheme assures that before a business is allowed to subscribe to The Exchange, they must provide evidence of all relevant Business details, including the correctly supplied and Relevant TRADE INSURANCE & VAT Registration Documentation. All details must be accurate, updated and verified regularly to retain the Approved Accreditation of The Exchange. Furthermore, The Exchange does not accept subscriptions from or allow access to its database to businesses outside of the transport supply industry.
With over 900 subscribed companies, The Exchange provides it’s membership of Verified & Accredited Transport Business Operators the ability to draw from ten’s of thousands of legitimately operated commercial vehicles from other experienced & accredited transport providers from across the UK & Europe. This allows a subscribed member to access and utilise a larger network than many National or International companies are able to muster.
